PartnerTech AB and Cavidi AB, a company developing innovative solutions for the
health and life science sector, have signed a framework agreement regarding the
development of an instrument for HIV –tests. PartnerTech will allocate some 5-6

Recovery after difficult fourth quarter
The first quarter of 2013 developed in a positive direction following a
difficult fourth quarter. As the result of our intensive new product
introduction effort, sales rose to SEK 554 million, a 1% improvement over the

PartnerTech’s sales for 2012 totaled SEK 2,242 million, a decrease from 2011 of
3% in local currency and comparable units. Operating profit for the full year
totaled SEK 24 million. Fourth quarter sales declined from the year-ago period

Due to postponed or sharply decreased volumes from a number of customers late
in the fourth quarter, PartnerTech will report a decline in volume for the
quarter of approximately 15 percent in local currencies and comparable units,
compared to the same period 2011, which is lower than expected. At the same
