At the Annual General Meeting April 27, Leif Thorwaldsson takes over as CEO and President after Rune Glavare.
2009
New customer orientation and restructuring program were completed. PartnerTech went from 15 to 10 facilities with common processes and customer focused mini factories

Rune Glavare took over as CEO and President after Mikael Jonson.
2006
PartnerTech begins operating in the UK and Norway. The company acquires Hansatech Group (UK) and TH Kristiansen AS (Norway).
2005
Aquires KSH-Productor Oy in Finland.
2003
PartnerTech takes over the Saab Bofors Dynamics machining center in Karlskoga. PartnerTech’s machining operations are incorporated into the Karlskoga unit, forming one of Sweden’s largest and most advanced production facilities in the sector.
2002
By acquiring Vellinge Electronics AB, PartnerTech shores up its leadership in the Swedish contract manufacturing industry. By focusing on purchasing/logistics and after sales, the company positions itself as a supplier of total solutions.
2001
After acquiring EQ Elektroniq AB, Stockholm and Baltic Microwave Sp.z o.o, PartnerTech begins operating in two Polish cities and wins business in Central Europe.
2000
PartnerTech begins operating in the United States and China. The company acquires Temo Finmekaniska AB, a precision mechanics firm in Stockholm.
1999
Partner Tech acquires HP Tronic AB in Ljungby, an electronics firm, as well as Bergslagens Mekaniska AB and Artur Johansson Teknik AB in Karlskoga, both of which manufacture mechanical equipment.
1997
PartnerTech is quoted on the O list of the Stockholm Stock Exchange.

The business changes its name to PartnerTech. The combination of mechanics and electronics becomes a key niche, and the company enters the medical manufacturing market.

The business focuses entirely on external contract manufacturing, standing out for its ability to take on total solution assignments, i.e. a combination of development and production.
1976
The business partners with IBM on contract manufacturing assignments.
1967
Production of electromechanical calculators expands. Construction of the current production facility in Åtvidaberg.
1956
The company designs the first Swedish computer, which attracts a great deal of attention, particularly for its carrousel storage. The partition of magnetic tapes into 64 ingeniously located reels significantly shortens access time.
1924
Production starts up for mechanical calculators, which become a highly successful Swedish export under the Facit label.
1889
AB Åtvidabergs Förenade Industrier begins making furniture and office equipment in Åtvidaberg.
