PartnerTech shines a light on its MedTech and Instrumentation market area
On May 17-18 PartnerTech took part in the MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY & MEDICAL IT trade show at Kistamässan and held a well-received seminar about its quality assurance effort for medical technology and instrumentation. Quality Manager Medical Devices Håkan Hult spoke of the ongoing quality assurance effort, which strengthens the competitiveness of both PartnerTech and its customers. The standardized methods that the company develops further improve quality, efficiency and reliability of delivery.
On May 23, PartnerTech arranged a breakfast seminar that examined the benefits available to medical technology companies through choosing the right contract manufacturer. The speakers were Per Sjöberg, former CEO and owner of Dan-Sjö Medical AB and current senior consultant for GE Healthcare AB, and Per Anell, Investment Manager at Innovationsbron AB. Mr. Sjöberg discussed the advantages that a medical technology company can gain by finding a suitable contract manufacturer at an early stage: greater flexibility, proper documentation, optimum quality, and shorter time-to-market. Mr. Anell reviewed the current investment climate in Sweden and the most important variables that investors take into consideration before devoting their time and capital to a concept. One such variable is the choice of a contract manufacturer.
